Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our factory in Southern Sweden. 

  • Continental Europe: Free shipping on orders above 500€*.
    For orders below 500€, a 35€ shipping fee applies (excl. VAT). 
  • Outside Continental Europe: Shipping costs depend on the recipients location.
    A quote will be provided within 2-3 business days upon request, during checkout, valid for 14 days from receipt. 

*Excludes orders over 15 pieces and oversized shipments (e.g. three Lord Ballroom chandeliers).

Delivery Time

  • Continental Europe: 3-6 business days for in-stock items.
  • Rest of the world: Delivery times vary based on recipients location and shipping method.Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with the estimated delivery time. 

Import Duties and Taxes 

For international orders import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost. These charges may be applied by the customs authorities in the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility to pay upon import.

Please note: We do not collect or pay import duties or local taxes on your behalf. Any applicable charges will be invoiced directly to you by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
