Orders

To place an order on www.rubn.com you need to be at least 18 years of age have a guaranteed permission by your legal guardian. When your order is done you will provide an order confirmation to your E-mail. If there is something incorrect with your order, please contact us soon as possible. You find the contact information under “contact”

Out of stock

It might happen that a product is out of stock on our site, if that´s the case we will collect our hands soon as possible to make this handmade product available again. Usually the product will be available again in one week.

Delivery

We are using UPS and TNT as our main carrier in Europe, United Kingdom and Norway. For Swedish customers we are using DSV for all local shipping.

UPS is for all pallet deliveries outside Sweden. TNT is our main carrier for package.

We operate Monday to Friday with exception for public holidays. Orders will be sent from us daily and the shipping time vary on country but we do our best to keep the chippings as fast as possible. Usually the orders will be delivered in 3-10 working days all over Europe.

Shipping Cost

All orders have free shipping from RUBN.

Tax and import cost

On all orders from within the European Union prices include tax at 25%. Orders will be DDP (Delivered duty paid) it basically means that all taxes and duties are included in the price and checkout.

Non pickup / Returns

We at RUBN want you to be happy and satisfied with your new lamps and that´s why we offer you 14 days to return your order if it´s not living up to your expectations. Before you opening your order, please make sure that the color, size and product match your order. Shipping cost will not be repaid. To return a product please contact us by E-mail and we will reply with a return form.

Special offers and promotions that are advertised on www.rubn.com are valid stock lasts unless other terms are stated in offer.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product the easiest way to do it is by place a new order in the shop and contact us for the return form. Shipping cost will not be repaid.

Refund

Normally it takes about 2 weeks for us to get the returned product. When we receive the returned product a return payment will be made and it can take up to 30 days before you receive your money, which is the maximum time according to Swedish law. We always do our best to refund your money as soon as possible.

Products

Some products can have images that have a slight different color tone than the product. It can depend on your screen quality or of the photo. We do our best to show you the best possible product all time. If you do see changes, we gladly take the response so we can fix the problem.
