Shipping costs are calculated based on recipients’ location, you will receive a quotation for the price upon request. Once your quote has been approved you have 14 days to proceed with an order.

Delivery time, for in-stock items, within Europe, is between 3-6 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times to the rest of the world depend on the recipient’s country and the shipment method chosen.

If you have ordered an out of stock item, you will be informed of the expected delivery time, upon receipt of order confirmation.

 

2 – year warranty

RUBN AB offers a 2-year general warranty that covers all errors due to faulty manufacturing. The warranty applies only if the product has been used as intended and not if damages are caused by faulty or incorrect use and maintenance. The warranty does not cover wear and tear.

RUBN AB offers an extended warranty of 25 years on all solid parts such as lampshades, joints, stands, screws and bolts.
